These bars are for people who are trying to be healthy and healthy snackers. The bars contain 20 g of carbs and over 200 calories! That means you get about 50% of your daily fibre needs in one bar, which is excellent. 

Think Bars also have no trans fats or cholesterol and are only made from non-GMO ingredients. It is good news for anyone following a diet restricted to healthy foods.


It has two categories, vegan high protein bars and high protein bars (non-vegan).

The product contains almonds and is made in a factory that processes milk, soy, peanuts, and eggs. If you are a vegetarian or have trouble consuming tree nuts, please make a note of this!

High Protein Bars (Non-Vegan) contains:

What type of protein is in think bars?

The benefits of these bars are that it has a lot of protein in a small package. It tastes good and is suitable for lean muscle growth.

It also has a lot of vitamins and minerals. It contains whole grains and fibres to aid in digestion. It is non-GMO and gluten-free.


The drawbacks are that they use maltitol syrup as a sweetener. It is not suitable for people who have diabetes or have problems related to blood sugar levels.

They also have no trace of CBD oil (which is needed to combat anxiety). In addition, it contains food allergens such as peanuts and has high calories as compared to other brands. 

The drawbacks of these bars are that they can cause abdominal pain, bloating, gastric troubles, and congestion.

Some said it tastes great, but the texture is chewy, while others said it tastes like sand in your mouth and is hard to chew.

The least-liked flavour among customers is the Lemon delight. They say that it’s too sour and it has a weird aftertaste.
